#what was the point of last week’s episode if they were going to do this? #to make olivia suffer a little more? #to make peter look like the bad guy again? #this is just upsetting

That’s what I don’t get! If this isn’t his Olivia and this isn’t where he’s supposed to be, what was the point of last week? I’m so upset and frustrated!

It was done to give Peter’s conscience a chance. He’s too traumatized by having realized that he had a son with the wrong Olivia. He really doesn’t want to make that mistake twice, especially since the first time it happened it lead to the child’s vanishing. I don;t doubt that he wants her to be his Olivia, but he can’t bring himself to trust his gut anymore, because it has failed him before. It’s what makes him human to me, and what makes me love him so.
